How much could your calling operation save?

Compare the estimated base payroll for your calling team with the equivalent voice workload processed through LeaCall.

Your assumptions. A transparent comparison.

What describes your operation?
Where is your calling team based?

Base salary assumption: AED 3,700 per person / month

60%
About call utilization

Human agents take breaks, pause between calls, and spend time on notes and follow-up. Emotionally difficult conversations may also require a moment before the next call. The 60% starting value is only a calculator assumption; adjust it for your team.

Workload basis: 8 hours/day × 22 workdays/month × selected call utilization.

Estimate based on benchmark base salaries and the workload assumptions selected above. VoIP/telephony charges are excluded from both sides of the comparison. Employee benefits, payroll taxes, recruitment, training, management, office space, hardware and other operating costs are not included. Human work beyond the estimated calling minutes is outside this comparison.

How we calculate this

Base payroll = people × the selected country and operation's illustrative monthly salary benchmark. Voice workload = people × 8 hours × 60 minutes × 22 workdays × your selected call utilization. LeaCall usage = voice minutes × $0.09/min. Potential savings are the difference when base payroll is higher.

Illustrative monthly base salary benchmark. This is a planning estimate, not a quote or a guarantee. The 60% starting utilization is an editable assumption, not a universal industry average.

The USD equivalents and their source or fallback status are shown above the calculation notes. The USD comparison requires no currency conversion.

When minutes are only part of the model.

Agree on the result or the operating requirements first. Then build commercial terms around the workflow.

Outcome pricing

For businesses, agencies and lead-generation teams that prefer a defined result: a qualified lead, booked appointment, successful qualification, collection or completed sales workflow.

Custom, based on the outcome and workflow.

Define an outcome

Enterprise & call centers

For BPOs, enterprises and high-volume inbound or outbound operations. Volume or hybrid usage-plus-outcome terms can include custom workflows, integrations, high concurrency, deployment requirements and SLA/support.

Minute rates do not define the whole campaign.

Two teams can use the same voice minutes and need very different rules, actions, and operating support.

Pricing questions

Know what is included before you commit.

What do the $15 and $45 totals cover?

They are the voice-usage totals derived from the published connected-minute rates: 100 minutes at $0.15 and 500 minutes at $0.09. The written proposal confirms all other commercial terms.

How does outcome pricing work?

LeaCall and your team define a measurable result and its success condition before launch. Pricing is custom to that outcome and workflow; there is no universal per-result rate.

Can high-volume teams use a hybrid model?

Yes. Enterprise proposals can combine usage and agreed outcomes, with volume terms, concurrency, integrations, deployment requirements and support scoped for your operation.

What does the comparison calculator include?

It compares benchmark monthly base salaries with equivalent active calling minutes at an illustrative $0.09/min LeaCall usage rate. Telephony is excluded on both sides, as are benefits, taxes and other operating costs. The result is an estimate, not a quote.

Can we start with a pilot?

A bounded first campaign may be appropriate. The planning session defines the acceptance criteria, volume, rules, test plan, human handoff, timeline, and commercial scope before anything is committed.

Are implementation and custom work included?

Implementation, integrations, custom work, support, and any minimum commitment are separate from the voice-usage totals unless your written proposal explicitly includes them.
